T-Shirt Design Contest

HAUGA is looking for a new image to put on this year’s club T-shirt. The winner will be decided by a T-shirt committee and will receive a 25 dollar gift certificate to a store of their choosing. Design is due by March 15. Please submit drawing or logo in electronic format (jpeg, tiff, pdf, photoshop) to rebekah@berkeley.edu.

Insights to the Outside, A Forum on Careers in the Visual Arts

Monday, April 14, 3-6pm

Have you thought about what will you do after graduation? With 10 Bay Area arts professionals, from curators to art gallery owners, this event provides direct access and information about the range of careers in the arts. Featuring keynote speaker Larry Rinder, Dean of the California College of the Arts. Roundtable discussions will follow the keynote address, in which you can choose to meet and talk with professionals in your field of interest. Fields include curating both for art and film, education, audience and development, fundraising, art writing and criticism, and gallery management.
