The RRRC's goal is to increase the enrollment of Chicano/Latino high school students in institutions of higher education by sending UCB students on recruitment trips to local area high schools. The center also helps improve the retention rate of Chicano/Latinos through various programs. RRRC is sponsored by the CAL ASUC and collaborates directly with the Bridges Multicultural Center. |
The Center offers two great options for earning extra units. Students interested in interning for the Center caqn ear up to 3 units. You will be enrolled in Chicano 97/197, attend weekly meetings and participate in event planning, volunteering etc. For more intern info, contact the RRRC Operations Coordinator. |
