WELCOME |
The Re-entry and Transfer Student Association for Recruitment and Retention (RTSA) is a student formed group to represent the views and address the needs of students who have re-entered academia after an absence of a few years and/or transferred to the Berkeley Campus from another school. RTSA's goal is to provide support group of peers to address the needs of this community, offer representation in the student government, create a social atmosphere in which students can network and make the most of their college experience. We foster an outreach network of support for students wishing to attend.
Being a Re-entry or Transfer Student can be daunting, especially at a big place like Cal. This is why the RTSA puts together socials throughout the year for students to mingle, have fun, take a break, and make friends. We do potlucks, pizza nights, movie nights, beer nights - you name it! ALSO! Don't forget to join the RTSA group on Facebook (www.facebook.com) to keep up to date on all the RTSA happenings. Anybody with a xxx@berkeley.edu email address can sign up and start networking with CAL students and groups right away!

MEETINGS |
We are not holding GENERAL MEETINGS the Spring '07 semester (in favor of doing more events). OFFICER MEETINGS are held in the Transfer, Re-entry and Student Parent Center room 100 on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 3:00pm. The next officer meeting is on March 14th.

Our SECOND SPRING SOCIAL is booked! 5:30pm @ The transfer center on Thursday, Mar. 15th.
Our FIRST SPRING SOCIAL is booked! 5pm @ The transfer center on Wednesday, Feb. 21st.
The RTSA is returning after a brief hiatus. We are currently aggressively pursuing a host of activities to start drumming up RTSA enrollment and meeting our group goals to help transfer students. Stay posted for new events and news!
