Recent Notices
10/2 The OCF lab is up and running, and printing is now working, includ- ing double-sided printing. We thank you for your patience. If you notice any other malfunctioning OCF services, please let us know at staff@ocf.berkeley.edu. 9/3 The OCF servers are mostly back online, but may be missing a few software packages. If you find something missing, let us know and we'll try to get it back up for you. The lab itself is still offline, but will be back soon. Thank you for your patience, and welcome (back) to Berkeley!
Announcements
OCF Board of Director Meetings This meeting is the one that we hold weekly to discuss issues that arise at the OCF. If you would like to come by and contribute your commentary, you are more than welcome to. We meet at 7pm every Thursday night in 243 Dwinelle, starting the third week of instruction.

Sun Server Donation The OCF would like to thank Sun Microsystems for its generous donation of a new, fully-loaded Sun Fire T2000 server. This machine allows us to better serve the Berkeley community as a whole by offering high-performance web hosting. For over a decade, Sun's contributions have allowed the OCF to grow with the needs of its expanding user base, now numbering more than 18,000. It is the continued generosity of benefactors like Sun Microsystems that makes student-run computing a reality at UC Berkeley.

Support the OCF with a Donation The OCF is run purely by volunteers working with a tight, shrinking budget, while our user base continues to grow. For more details on our goals and how you can help, visit us at Big Ideas.
