Hello, summer! ;) We've had a wonderful semester here at ADX, and we're looking forward to coming back in the fall with our newly active Storytime class. The Beta chapter would also like to congratulate all of our amazing seniors, and we want to wish them the best in the future!

In the coming months, the website will be going through some changes as we switch gears and prepare for coming semester. We will have Rush Fall 2008 information up as soon as possible, as well as updated member pages, etc. I will be handing over the position of website maintainer to Eunice Lee (eunicycle111@gmail.com) - please contact her if you have any questions or comments. It has been my pleasure serving you as the Publicity Chair this semester. Have a wonderful summer!

National Convention was a blast! It was great meeting so many other ADX girls from across the nation and learning their stories. We wanted to thank all the people who contributed to making convention a success. We would especially like to thank one of our own Beta girls, Jessica, for doing such a terrific job organizing the event.

In the next couple of weeks, the Beta chapter is looking forward to enjoying the wonderful California sunshine and focusing on our lovely new pledges, the Storytime class! Our semi-formal, as well as our spring house party, is coming up in March. Additionally, we are working on publishing the first issue (of the year) of our Beta newsletter in early March, so stay tuned for more details!

The Beta chapter of ADX would like to thank everyone who joined us for Preference Dinner. We want to especially thank our wonderful alumni (Nancy, Kathryn, Jessica, Kellie, Havah) for coming - we hope to continue seeing your beautiful faces at future events!

Last, but definitely not least, we want to congratulate our new pledges! We are so excited to see what God has planned for us this semester as it rolls into action.

Actives and pledges: Our next (optional) event is Thursday, Feb. 14th. We will be watching some Cal basketball, followed by some fun board games, dessert, and a movie at the AGO house. DON'T FORGET TO WEAR PINK!
