We, the girls of Alpha Delta Chi, are extremely excited to welcome you to our Spring Rush 2008. We invite you to join us in that excitement! For those unfamiliar with the term "rush", we define it as a fun, commitment free time for individuals to find out more information about Alpha Delta Chi. It is an opportunity to get to know the girls better and discover what a Christian sorority is like! Unlike the rush period of many other sororities, our events ARE NOT ALL MANDATORY! As fellow Cal students, we understand that you may have a busy schedule booked with prior engagements, so don't worry about making every single event - just come to as many as you would like! It's up to you.

Additionally, ADX will provide transportation TO AND FROM your place of residence. We know that many of our events are after sunset - safety is one of our first priorities.

With that said, let me introduce you to the events we have planned for our fun-filled, jam-packed rush week.

Jan. 28 - Monday: Come join us for Monday Night Dinner! We have a delicious homemade dinner prepared by our very own lovely ADX girls, followed by a devotional led by Amanda Stempson, who is serving as our devotional chair this semester. (6:00pm)
Jan. 29 - Tuesday: Our new actives are hosting a S'Mores Roast! Rain? No worries! We'll just bring it inside and have an indoor chocolate fountain/fondue party. (9:00pm)
Jan. 30 - Wednesday: We're having some fun with a Worship Night! Join us for a couple of songs, and stay to hear some of our ADX "testimonies" (why we joined, why we LOVE ADX, etc.) (8:00pm)
Jan. 31 - Thursday: It's been a busy week - take a break! Although we do not have anything scheduled for this night, feel free to come over to the house and hang out with the girls for some TV, studying... whatever you want!
Feb. 1 - Friday: Love playing cards? Then Casino Night is perfect for you! Come over to the ADX house for light refreshments and a whole lot of wheelin' and dealin'! Invite all of your friends to come with you - it's an open event for all Cal students. (9:00pm)
Feb. 2 - Saturday: Come out to the Oakland Ice Arena for some Broom-Ballin' with our brother fraternity, Alpha Gamma Omega! Don't forget to wear pink. (8:30pm)
Feb. 3 - Sunday: Bottom line: WE LOVE FOOD, and we know how to serve it! Come over for our traditional Rush Tea. Sweet or savory, we've got it all on our amazing spread. (2:00pm)
