Jackson found more info on the movie Casshern here.
Need to get that Adaptation dvd. I remember that it was really good but I don't remember the details.
Went to Utrecht and looked at all the art supplies. It's been a while since I've dealt with non-digital mediums.
Should get a BBQ on Craigslist.
Saw a girl with my skull sweater at Ikea. It was really weird.
The coop food market in Davis is freakin expensive. Some string cheese and some nori cost 9 bucks. Crazy.
Went to Ocean Beach on Saturday. Clouds lifted after leaving it. Great! The Cliff House is undergoing some renovation.
Went to Bed Bath and Beyond in San Francisco. They have this cool escalator just for shopping carts so that it goes up with you. Sweet. Saw an apron that said, "If you want breakfast in bed go sleep in the kitchen!" Hehe. Almost got sateen sheets. Saw a ottoman that doubled as a storage space. I looked at it and thought that it could be a computer case that you can sit on. Went to a home audio/video place after that where they had $10,000 Marantz plasmas. Talked to the sales guy about tvs for almost half an hour. I was surprised to find out that the more expensive plasmas had a tube half-life of 10 years. Lot better than those other cheapo plasmas.
Went to Costco and got me Shindler's List. It came with the book (it's my second copy). Costco had all those cool camping stuff plus all these other goodies.
Yummy Church's chicken. Had 2 pc (drumstick and thigh), mash potatoes, and biscuit for 2.70. Yumm!
Went rockclimbing at Berkeley Ironworks on Sunday. Went up a lot of small walls in the beginning. Leah told us (me, Fred, and Chris) some instructions on belaying. SO we took the test and all of us passed. Lih-Chern and Lori and Leah (geez!!! all L's...crazy) watched us climb walls. I didn't make it up the second wall cause my arms were getting really tired from all the bouldering I was doing before. Plus we're supposed to use legs not arms which I wasn't doing. Forearms hurt for 2 days. Afterwards, went to CPK where I once again got the Jambalaya. Chris looked like he got sick off the deserts. Afterwards, Fred came over and we played some Xbox. Got some Halo action going. THEN we went to My Canh in SF for some Pho. Yep, late night PHO.
On Monday, my day was mainly concerned with the pain and all sorts of ache remedies that I could find.
Went to Il Fornaio on Tuesday. They have sweet Lamb Shank. It's huge plus they are generous with the spinach and mashed potatoes. Great place.
On Wednesday, after work I rushed to get snowpants. First I tried Sportmart but they didn't have any more. So I went to Wilderness Exchange and they had pretty decent ones. Went to San Ramon and left for Tahoe in Fred's Prelude. Louis also came along so it was three of us all scrunched up in there for the ride. The main reason for taking Fred's car was for the MP3 reciever that he had just installed. We listened to 1 CD the entire trip. No repeats (well maybe a few by choice). How did we spend 700 min (roughly) in the car? Well here's the story of the Tahoe trip.
When we passed Concord, I mentioned to Fred,"Hey do you have your college student discount?" Fred had forgotten about it so we ended up going to Davis and getting a photocopy at Kinko's of my discount. We were going to Squaw and the discount made the lift ticket $39. Kinko's have free internet (as long as you have your own laptop), can you believe it? Maybe it's just a Davis thing. Almost went to Redrum Burger but went to good ol' Del Taco instead where I got 4 Chicken soft tacos and pondered the mildness of their hot sauces. Needed two packs of their hottest on each taco to make it spicy. Getting cheap on the pepsin if you ask me. Got to Tahoe after that while listening to Fred's pretty eclectic mix. Checked in and watched the game between the Lakers and the Kings. Most horrible ball handling and shooting I've ever seen for a NBA team. That first quarter was just slaughter. Woke up at around 7:30AM. Really bright outside. Wondered what the forecast said about snow. At one point both Fred and Louis were considering just wearing fleeces. Good thing they didn't. Went to McDonald's for breakfast and got a Deluxe Breakfast. Saw a HUGE gust of wind blow across the parking lot. Louis and I just looked at it and was like,"Whoa..." Didn't really think much of it though. Went to Dave's to rent the board and boots. Weather LOOKED pretty nice when we got there. When we got our tickets though, the person mentioned that only 1 beginner lift was working at the High Camp due to the high winds (65+ mph at the top). Went ahead anyway. The gondola ride was bumpy and we could definitely feel the wind pushing us around but visibility was so good... Anyways, went up the beginner ski lift and came down it. Since it had been a while, I was falling a lot and couldn't get the balance right. THEN this HUGE wind came and pelted us with bits of snow. It stung our faces and was generally more shocking than anything else. Pretty soon, it became clear that the weather was turning. Went down the lower camp and tried out the beginner papoose area but got tired of going down the slope for 20 seconds and then going up again. There was an intermediate lift right next to it and since I didn't want to walk all the way back to the Main Camp, I decided to go up it. Anyways, I pretty much perfected the falling leaf pattern. I'm working on the turns but I tend to like facing dangerous areas at all times. The intermediate area pretty much was a ledge above the black diamond area which made it even more challenging not to suddenly go over the ledge. Still I made it alive and went through a few good runs without falling. After I got back, I met up with Louis and Fred who suggested that I do another intermediate. It turned out to be almost a mirror copy of what I had just done although the drop off was on the other side. This pretty much meant that I was switching stances from regular to goofy depending on where the danger lay. :-P All this time, the storm was really building up speed. Visibility got pretty bad but with the goggles and constant wiping with the gloves (which I need a new pair because mine are too tight...which meant I couldn't really use the wrist protectors I got), I made it out ok. What was scary was looking over ledges where you could see all the little people and little buildings below you. That was freaky. We left Squaw at around 3:45PM. Wiping off the snow on Fred's car and returned the rented stuff. I don't know what time we got to Donner Pass but we didn't get to Sacramento until 9:15PM. The reason was they started requiring snow chains due to the weather. Fred had none so we had to backtrack to town to get pair. Once we got there, traffic had started building up due to the checkpoint. Once Fred got them on (poor guy, he cut his thumb putting on those crappy chains), we found that we were stuck in line. The line seriously did not move for at least 2 hrs. I was going slightly claustrophobic all cramped up in there so it was the MP3 cd and its variety that pretty much kept me sane. We had an hourlong comedy show and some other good stuff to listen to while we waited. When we finally started going, the MAX speed was 30 mph and we had to have chains on for almost 20-30 miles. Another hour there. Fred's chains didn't even fit properly (even though they said it would) and one of them fell off before the trip was over. Luckily Fred kept us alive and out of harm's way so we got to Vacaville at around 9:45PM. I had been entrusted with the "honor" of choosing a restaurant but I hardly knew the area so we just went to Chilis. Had me a steak and Louis had a burger and Fred had pasta. Stay away from the Pasta, chicken is dry. The burgers aren't zesty enough. The steak is alright, good charbroiled flavor. Their "blooming onion" or whatever they call it is overfried and has that same batter as the original recipe at KFC. Horrible. Only the horseradish sauce saved it. Told Louis about Church's chicken and he seemed interested in tasting what I would call "The World's Tastiest Fried Chicken". Didn't get home till after 12AM but got home all right. Little sore, waking up is one of the hardest things to do but I did it and went to work the next day.

Alright! There's a good reason I was waiting for so long. DVD DUAL LAYER BURNERS. HERE I COME!!!
Yeah, these guys also hang boulders from their balls so nothing too new here.

Former Assembly Speaker Herb Wesson, D-Culver City, kicks Zhang Xiao Ju betweent the legs during a demonstration performed by Buddhist monks at the Capitol in Sacramento, Calif., Monday, March 22, 2004. In their first visit to the United States, a group of Shaolin martial artists from SongShan, China demonstrated acrobatic flips and shows of strength among other things. With the monks urging him on, Wesson made several kicks to the monk who showed no emotion. (AP Photo/Rich Pedroncelli)
Introducing Gekiganger...
I saw this guy that looked like Gary Coleman when he was in "The Professional". He was in the elevator and he kept slicking back his hair. Half expected him to start conducting imaginary music in his head. Gekigan Slash!
Went down to visit Jasmine in San Mateo. She's moving out of her apartment at the end of the month. Sad news. Had dinner at TGIF along with Keith, Chris, Lori, and Nancy who was working at a client site nearby. The Jack Daniel's Steak and Shrimp is so good. Actually the sauce is very good. I informed everyone about my change in attitude towards ice cream. Hehe. Got a strawberry shake which was ok but not great. Gekigan Fist!
Afterwards, we all (well, not Nancy who had work to do) went back to Jasmine's place. After watching baby joeys on Discovery, we played Taboo. Every team I was on won. Yay!. Everyone won at least once! Anyways, I sat out the last one and played referee to the teams of Chris/Lori vs. Jasmine/Keith. Seriously, it was an average of 1 correct word each round. Took FOREVER to get to 20. I kept on making fun of both teams as a way of maintaining sanity. Sometimes, there was even negative rounds. Hahaha. I joked that if we had played to 30 as we had originally planned (since Lori and I had "blazed" to 20 in only 7 rounds), I could just leave and go to work from Jasmine's place. :-D Lori suggested the next everyone should play relationship games. Gekigan Kick!
This guy was rocking on his feet at the carpool stop. Really annoying for some reason. Gekigan Pistol!
Watching the anime series Nadesico from way back in college. Which is why I put up Gekiganger III! :-D Should go to the Cal Anime Club events when I have nothing else to do. Gekigan Jump!
Started a *gasp* illegal NCAA office pool at work this week. Technically, it's illegal because it has all the elements of a lottery. I've picked Oklahoma St to win it. Haven't been too many first-round surprises this year so I'm a lot better off this year compared to last year. Still, it's sad that Cal isn't in the NCAA Tourney nor did they get a NIT invite. Oh well...NEXT YEAR! Gekigan Crash!
I've been all over the Financial District looking for good eats. Tried the Canton Restaurant which had passably good Shrimp with Egg over rice. I'll try their Dim Sum next time. This Tokyo Bay restaurant had horrible bento. Still what do you expect from $5 bento? Also went back to Henry's Hunan and got some Garlic Chicken. Why do they only use breast meat? Man...health nuts. Gekigan Eat!
The new Emery-Go-Around buses are SOOO comfy. Gekigan Sleep!
So I'll be going up to Tahoe Wednesday night and coming back Thursday night. Gekigan Snowboard!
Went to the Utrecht art store near work to take a look around. It's been awhile since I've touched traditional mediums. Gekigan Paint!
Look at Jun Ji-hyun dance in a laudromat.

This asian guy on the bus was making these weird howling noises while listening to music on Emery-Go-Around. It was definitely a weird moment. I wonder what he was listening to.
Wemt to Petco. Guinea Pig hair is really just like a pig or horse. Really coarse and stuff.
This girl was doing the carpool for the first time. She drove a Honda Accord which had the navigation system. It was pretty neat. I think she was embarassed when it started giving pretty obvious directions so she turned it off half way. Well, even though it's cool, it's not worth the money if you don't drive a lot. TV is much more worth it.
A lot of hoochies at the Pleasanton Todai. 1 was like an Import Model and the others were like 30 year old hooches.
This guy is a survivor of the Atomic Blast at Hiroshima.
Wheeee!!!! Another 160GB hard drive for me. This time, its a Western Digital one instead. By the end of the year I'll probably have a terabyte. I also got a USB 2.0 enclosure so I can move data around.

Last Tuesday night was the Andover Moving Party. It's where Lih-Chern and Jeff and Nick work. I'd been to their old place previously but hadn't been to their new space. It's a LOT bigger. Even has a basketball area inside. Got the grand tour, saw all the game console dev kits. Shot some hoops and played some puzzle fighter. VS Lih-Chern 1-2 her win. Ach, I need to work on timing and gauging. I think I've unleased a monster in Lih-Chern by lending her that game. They had Moet Chandon, pork with mango, chicken teriyaki, and polenta. Nick hooked me up with USB 2.0 adapter cards, a CD-RW (still don't have a burner at home), a Xbox component adapter for that HDTV I'll get eventually, and another Xbox memory card. Almost convinced Jeff and Lih-Chern to wheel the game cart along with the dev kits into my car. Hehehe.
"Dang! What's up with the whole Echostar/Viacom thing? Now I don't have MTV/VH1/Comedy Central/CBS/Nick/BET. They better have CBS back before the NCAA Basketball Tourney. That and Comedy Central. Erghhhhh. I didn't even know that MTV and VH1 were owned by the same company. And here I thought that there were competing." And of course after I wrote that on my clie, they reach an agreement that gives me back all my channels plus Nicktoons. Oh yeah...
Simon was here for a conference so a bunch of us got together for dinner. Actually, I went to pick up the food (Kabana's) and almost evryone else. We had 3 curries, 1 karachi, 5 naan, and 1 tandoori fish. Lih-Chern went out and got Smirnoffs and Martinellis. So it was me, Lih-Chern, Della, Simon, and Nancy. Almost like the old gang again. Afterwards there was some Puzzle fighter action. It was cool hanging out with Simon again after almost a year I think?
If you really love Coldstone Ice Cream in Berkeley, go get yourself a Pirate Card ! You buy 1 ice cream get 1 for free. Pretty good deal since it's pretty expensive.
Went to Hot Pot City on Friday. Good stuff! It was a lot rowdier than usual. A bunch of El Cerrito thugs flirting/harassing some girls. A guy with pictures of guns on his pants.
Went to one of those gasoline station carwashing places. Then got out the towel and waxed the car up. Thing looks cleaner then it's ever been.
Had lunch at the Public Market yesterday. Looked around at all the places but ended up having Pork Shank Curry. Pretty good stuff but not as spicy as Kabana. It was also weird cause the shank was basically a moveable joint that you could move up and down. Kinda freaky. There also was a poster of a guy that looks like David Arquette on a Bollywood concert poster.
Leah made me download the pilot episode of the new FOX series Wonderfalls. It's really quirky but pretty cool. I love the CG animation they use in the beginning.
Hooked up the ol' Dreamcast for some Powerstone 2 action. Hooray!
Fred came over last night after washing his car. Went to Ryowa Ramen . Fred recommended some anime to get. He thought Fushigi Yuugi was a waste of time though. Still, he watched Marmalade Boy. Hahaha. That is one messed up series.
Before we went to see "Secret Window", Fred waited in line at Coldstone. It must have taken 20 min to get ice cream. People walking by actually said that Mondo Gelato had more people waiting. I don't understand it myself even though I got a "Like It" size cup of Strawberry. You couldn't have ice cream in the theatre so Fred was suddenly faced with a HUGE dilemma. He had gotten the "Gotta Have It" size of this Apple Pie ice cream thing that looked monstrous to me. He had to finish it all in 5 min. I went in and got seats for us cause I finished my ice cream pretty quickly. He came in later without the ice cream so maybe he finished it all. I don't know. Fred was also wearing snowboarding pants (again) so I'm going to ask him if he wears them everywhere now. That reminds me, I need to buy another pair since I returned the last pair. Probably taking off a day from work to go snowboarding next next week. Sweet. Haven't taken time off for fun for a long time.
"Secret Window" was only alright. The original story by Stephen King was much better in my opinion. Too many loopholes and unexplained plot lines in this one. Also the ending got really screwed up. Still, Johnny Depp was pretty good in his role. Also you get to see him wear braces in the movie. Hehehe.

You can now get the World Book Encylopedia on the Palm. It's 50MB total but really cool.
Went to Manpuku for Curry Chicken the other night. Come to think of it I've only been to several places on College Ave. There's a couple places I think are worth investigating.
I read in a review that Kabana's Tandoori Fish is one of the best things they have there. It just so happens to be one of the most expensive too (~$9). Still, you gotta try something new once in a while so I got it. It's catfish thats marinated in this spicy sauce. SOOOOO GOOOOOD. The meat is so tender and flaky. Pretty darn amazing.
I've been watching some Stephen Chow movies. I've watched Shaolin Soccer many times over and now I'm into his classics. Just recently watched the one where he's a corrupt judge who later becomes like Bao Jing Tien. I used to watch that TV series when I was a kid.
I don't eat Double Doubles at In-N-Out anymore. I find that I'm perfectly fine with a cheeseburger.
Was going to hang out with Jasmine along with Chris and Lori but Jasmine bailed cause she was feeling tired. In fact, she's leaving Seibel because it's gotten so stressful these last few months with bitchy managers and lack of support there. Sucks.
So I met up with Chris and Lori in Union City and watched "Hidalgo". Pretty good movie. You gotta like horses though. The action sequences all pretty much involve horses. I told Chris and Lori that I had almost cried watching Big Fish while Leah had really really cried and they told me that they had both cried. It's THAT KIND OF MOVIE. Also Chris got confused about whether or not he had actually seen the movie with Lori insisting that he had. Of course, I had to mention that I had seen the movie with him just to make fun of him (ahhh...Waterboy...hehehehe).
Actually earlier that day I had gone to Fry's in Fremont to get another flash media card reader. I have a USB 1.1 reader which broke but I opened it up and fixed it. Still, I want a USB 2.0 one for the transfer speed. So I went to Fry's because they always have the cheapo readers. SO I THOUGHT. For some lame reason, all they had of the 2.0 readers were the really expensive (for no reason at all) readers from Dazzle and the like for $50. The only cheap one they had was the 1.1 readers. AARGH. I looked at the HD enclosures as well (2.0/firewire combo) and they seemed pretty neat. Package that with a 160GB hd and you've got a lot of movable storage. Unfortunatly, you still have to lug around a power adapter. Saw Ninja Gaiden on a Phillips widescreen and was VERY impressed with both things. Ahhh...they bigscreen TV obsession continues. Walked out with a $15 Panzer Dragoon Orta. Sweet. It's such a cool game. It would look even better on a big TV. In fact, all of my games would look better on a big TV. No more mushed up text. In Steel Battalion, the map is hard to read cause it's so small on the TV.
Got 2 boxes of Samoas for Lih-Chern. She saw me Trefoils/Thin Mints and asked me to get some. What is it about those boxes that people go nuts over them each year? The box itself isn't that distinctive really. There were 2 stands on Market St today. What were Girl Scouts doing selling cookies on a weekday? Skipping school isn't cool. Unless it's already spring break or something.
Jeff's Mini got dinged near his workplace. It must have been a truck because it was a really nasty hit from what Lih-Chern was telling me. I have pics of it before the incident though so at least there's that.
A couple of times now the transfer from AC Transit to Emery-Go-Around hasn't been too good. One time, the bus took 20 min to get there cause we had just missed the last one.
Emeryville cops now had LED siren lights. CRAZY STUFF. Looking at it could blind a person.
As I was on the Emery-Go-Around, I had a conversation with a guy about war money, gas prices, and food prices. I swear, everyone I've talked to is a Democrat or just hates George W. Bush (actually I usually don't have to make any distinction). Bush should forget about campaigning in this state. Of course, as long as Southern California doesn't screw it up.
George Soros gave a really great interview for NPR at Zellerbach Hall recently. Bashed Bush and others but the thing I liked best was his sense of humor. Very good speaker.
Resigned the lease for another year at Watergate community. Reg kept on talking about how we really took care of the place. From what he told us about his other tenants in the past, we were good as long as we didn't slaughter cows in the living room and didn't have 30 people living in the closet.
The wait at Sushi House wasn't long last night. Went at around 7PM and the wait was around 10 min. Went to Petco for a bit to look at the animals. I need to play with my Sea Monkeys. I like hermit crabs too.
I achieved a higher rank in Steel Battalion. Yay! Now I don't look like such a newbie.
Old Teahouse had 5 Spices Beef. Ordered that instead of the usual Aberdeen Seafood Rice. YUMMMM.

I've actually got quite a few more Korean and Japanese movies/anime to watch still. Naruto is still going on, finally getting into the good stuff. One more episode till you know who's demise. One Piece, I have more episodes than I have time to watch and a whole lot of Hikaru No Go. I know I know, I have them all but I stopped watching them a long time ago and just now have picked it back up. I have all of the manga too so I know what happens after the anime stops off.
Got my Girl Scout Cookies!!! Trefoils and Thin Mints. Awwwyeah. Too bad they don't have those Sunrise Cookies anymore. At least that's what I call them.
Two words for eating Italian pasta, and then Japanese Curry, and then Chicago Pizza. All in one night. PIGGING OUT. That's what happens when you don't eat lunch and you get cravings. At least it was spaced out over 6-7 hours. This happened last weekend.
We're filing the Microsoft claims now at work and the previous IT manager was a little haphazard with his licensing information. Tooled around with my XML program and got a report for OS license keys. Good stuff. I don't have XML information on all the machines though so...
Voted for Kucinich cause I liked his message and his background. Then I filled in my name on the ballot for all the other seats. Hehehe. It's so convenient when the voting station is right in your lobby.
The new Bay Bridge is really coming along. They even have a platform on top of the pillars now.
This is kind of disturbing. It's a page for Czechoslovakians about American slang. Pretty horrific stuff.
Saw this on a forum I frequent. Mwahahaha. Reminds me of the video I have of these Koreans who are also doing stunts in front of the karaoke camera.
There is this Taiwanese cafe on the way to the bus terminal from work. Most of the time I don't have time to get anything but I've ducked in 2 times now to get a juice or a tea egg. The woman inside initially mistook me for a person of mixed parentage! Her niece agreed too. Something about my nose and my skin. I get really embarassed everytime I go cause she always calls me "Swai Guh". Still, they have the best tea eggs and from the smells, pretty good Nio Row Mien (Beef Noodle Soup). That's a really long walk to get all the way there though. One of these days, I should bring the scooter and just leave it at work so I can use it around SF.
I saw a guy in purple camo. I was like,"Huh?"
This is just AWFUL. The PAIN! The PAIN!
I'm getting my butt kicked in Steel Battalion. Everyone just seems to be playing non-stop and I'm not. Initially I owned but then I went through a dry period. Thankfully, I've been watching the replays and watching what people are doing. Lot of 5th gear action it seems.
Apparently, the right eye of the new $20 bills have an RFID tag in them. Take a look at the [Full Story]
Oh wow! McDonald's is phasing out the SuperSize option! Yep, increasing diet pressures. All of the "restaurants" will be rid of them by the end of this year. Those could be collector cups man! Read the [Full Story]
Disney is doing another live action Chronicles of Narnia. That should make for a very good series. If they do it right, they have what, 7 movies pre-scripted? At least this time, there shouldn't be people in animal costumes. Nor any girls going "Asss-lan...Asss-lan..." Or maybe she'll do a cameo. Shudder. Read the [Full Story]. I don't know how they wrestled control of that domain. You'd think someone would have taken it years ago. Maybe Disney bought it. Actually, my favorite ones are "The Dawn Treader" and "Magician's Nephew" and "Prince Caspian". "Silver Chair" was cool too. There is just too much setup time for "Lion, Witch, Wardrobe". Still the final battle between the witch and Aslan should be really cool. Imagine the technology behind Lord of the Rings with DIFFERENT characters battling. That'd be sweet. LOTR got by because the armies were still only maybe a couple distinct characters. Aslan's army is comprised of many different creatures which would make rendering harder. Add to that the Witch's army of nasties, and you've got a renderfarm clogfest! :-D
I was listening to my Clie, standing in line at the bus terminal, when this woman next to me started talking to me. She was complaining about something but I didn't know what. All I did was grin stupidly and nod. With that she chuckled and nodded too. I hope I didn't agree that I didn't like living or something...
If you go to Filippo's on College, be sure to try anything with polenta in it. They have this Marsala Chicken with Polenta that is really good. The polenta isn't like Chevy's. It's really buttery and rich. Frutti de Mare is alright.
Before me and Leah went to see Big FIsh (everyone else was already doing something else it seems), we went to the little place in Bay St. called Buckhorn Grill. What caught me were the samplers being handed out by people in front. They had tri-tip and salad freebies! It was so cool. It's a little pricier than say Lyon's but at Buckhorn it really is about quality. Plus the horseradish comes in squeeze bottles which every restaurant should follow. Actually the salad cup samplers came out after we started eating and Leah went out to get some. Hehehehe. It was like a free appetizer or something. Way to go Leah! Work the system!
Saw a papasan chair for $140 at Pier 1. Too expensive and I don't have anywhere to put it but it reminded me of the one my family used to have back in Taiwan. I don't remember it but I have pictures that prove that I liked that chair. Still do. Reminds me of an embryo. You could curl up in a fetal position in one of those.
Got "Like Water For Chocolate" at Tower. It's a good movie and all but the ending was too disturbing. I still think for food related movies,"God of Cookery" and "Eat Drink Man Woman" reign supreme. Have both of them.
Finished off the last of the Hog Island oysters. I don't think I could have kept them in the freezer for very much longer.
Steel Battalion Line Of Combat has been pretty buggy. At least I've still got the rest of the single-player missions to go through. At the menu screen of LOC, the controller LEDs go crazy and start flashing.
Had Pork Osso Bucco Cotechino, which is basically pork shank. Germans do it better. I still remember that pork shank I got in Germany. That steamy goodness was indescribable.
Saw a girl with black hair followed by yellow hair followed by blue hair. Shuddered and kept on going.
There are no alligators in Lake Merrit. Some people believe that a Loch Ness-type monster is though. Feel kinda silly cause I told Margaret and Fred there were. Umm, I was only kidding. Riiiiggghht.
When I was walking to work, this woman next to me veared off in another direction. 5 min later, we reconnected on Market St. only she had a cup of coffee in her hands. WTH? Do I walk slowly?
I like Noah's Salmon Schmear on bagels. Good stuff.
I wore my trench coat out during the storm once last week. It's been a long time.
Went to Zacharys with Heidi and Jessie and met one of their friends whose from Turkey? He totally looked like Jake Gyllenhaal. Except his name was Puya. Heidi said that she was doing stick fighting and then she said it was Japanese. She didn't remember the name for the longest time so I spent like 5 min racking my brain. Finally pulled it from the depths where it had fallen. Kendo. Don't you hate it when things are at the tips of your tongue but it just doesn't come to you?
There's this place called Infineon Raceway where people can race their street cars. Also go-karts. Freakin cool. Saw it on bayareabackroads.com.
I have only 1 quarter left to find for 2003. Found out that I had Missouri which leaves Arkansas.
This guy had a grenade launcher switch in his car. Mildly amusing.
Here's a great list of FREE wireless places!!! I've linked to California but the site has many listings for other states. Here is http://wififreespot.com/
