Time is running short for us. Although the deadline has been extended to
April 10, 2006, please send your application(s) in as soon as possible. Our
Evaluation Committee of 5 will then work on your applications. There will
be 10-15 selected for each category, so your chances are very good.

Once you are selected, we will notify you officially. We will also request
for your photo and a short bio to be put into our Program Book (go to our
website to see 2005 Program Book), and the Award Red/White/Blue Dinner event
will be at the Radisson Hotel, May 17th, 2006.
