Welcome Cal Armenian Students to 2009-2010! August 28, 2009

Hey Everyone!

Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year at UC Berkeley! Hope you guys had a
great first week and things are off to a good start. As many of you may
already know, the Armenian Students’ Association at Berkeley is a group of
active Armenian students who organize events to help build a strong
community within a large campus like Cal.
This year, the ASA executive body is committed towards making the upcoming
year exciting, interesting, and fun. Check out our upcoming events:

1. BBQ: Saturday August 29, 2009 @ 12 PM at VLSB Lawn FREE FOOD!
2. PULSE: Sunday September 6, 2008 @ 9 PM at Sinbad’s in SF
3. First Meeting: Wednesday September 3, 2008 @ 7:30 PM
4. Armenian Classes offered this semester
5. ASA table on Sproul all week long

Join us for great food, friends, games & more at ASA’s first BBQ of the
year. This will be a great chance to meet the existing members of ASA,

2. PULSE!

ASA’s highly anticipated annual PULSE is here!! The Homenetmen San
Francisco tournament is held over Labor Day weekend, so if you’re friends
are coming for the games, bring them out with you! It’s gonna be a night
of great music, lots of dancing, and a full bar. Come out to celebrate the
beginning of a great year at Cal
