Welcome! The AUA is a club for anthropology undergraduates, providing you with academic enrichment and social events. If you havent already, you should definitely check us out on Facebook! (still) If you have an idea for a short article, an announcement to post, an intriguing anthro photo, or a feature that you would like to see included, email Zena, our newsletter editor at zena@berkeley.edu. If you have an interest, make sure you get in contact with Zena as soon a possible, because the last day to submit an article for the December issue is November 24th! We look forward to hearing from many of you - a variety of voices is what makes for an engaging publication, so let's hear what you have to say! For inspiration, here is our first issue! Calendar and Photo Page updates: The AUA website is in the process of upgrading our site to include more interactive and useful features.Our Calendar page has been updated with a shiny new imbedded Google Calendar! Go check it out to see more upcoming AUA events and you can even copy events from the calendar onto your own google Calendar! Our Photos page has also been updated to include a nifty new embedded flickr slideshow!
