Executive

- Manages the day-to-day operations of the CBAA, supervises all other committees, coordinates all CBAA interactions with the Band, and serves as the editorial board for the North Tunnel Echo.
Nominating
- Chair: Vice President, Eric Dezendorf
- Members: Alec Stewart, Jerry Miller, Wade Williams, Richard Powell
- Nominates members for council vacancies, council elections, and vice president/president.
Leadership Development

- Coordinates workshops and mentoring with the current Band
Performance

- Coordinates all Alumni Band performances and details
Communications
- Chair: Selected by the Council, Erin Proudfoot
- Members: Andrew Capule, Jason Clark, Andrea Johannessen, Dorothy Proudfoot
- Coordinates all communications and publicity regarding the Alumni Band including 10 Headline News emails a year, postcard mailings, and email blasts. Also produces and maintains the CBAA website.
- Maintains a sub-committee which produces the North Tunnel Echo at least twice a year in conjunction with the Cal Band's PR Committee.
Membership & Finance

- Members: Jerry Taylor, Wade Williams, Bryan Blythe
- Treasurer oversees financial activities, facilitates membership renewals, proposes budgets, and prepares financial reports for the council.
- Secretary oversees membership solicitations, defintes membership benefits, and conducts councilor ballots.
Development & Planning
- Chair: Selected by the Council, Barbara Goodson
- Members: Jerry Miller, Bob Calonico
- Provide assistance and support to the fundraising activities of the Cal Band as requested by the Band, including helping promote the NorCal and SoCal parties with the Band's Alumni Relations and Events Coordinator staff person, and serving as the council liaison to the California Band Advisory Group (CBAG).

Archiving & History

- Manage the preservation, restoration, and sale of video and audio archives of Cal Band performances and coordinate the non-A/V historical records of the Band and the CBAA, including oral histories, written records, photographs, etc.
Merchandising

- Investigate, recommend, and manage sales of items, including Alumni Band Day shirts and hats as well as other CBAA merchandise, to CBAA members and other friends of the Band that would provide value to the members.

Camera Crew

NorCal Party
- Members invited by the Band to help plan and produce the annual Northern California Band Benefit party.
