lick fire sky

목요일 점심: yesterday, on our way to the gym 4 sach's 700p turbo kick box (tkb) class @ the e fremont ave sunnyvale 24 hour fitness, the beautiful kaela hwang remarked that the silicon valley sky adorned w/ the red sun lower towards the horizon reminded her of socal.   i agreed that the sky looked surprisingly smoggy.   i realised 2day that the sky was so smoggy cos'f smoke from the lick fire east'f morgan hill.

while lookin' 4 info on the lick fire on mercurynews.com, i stumbled on this interestin' article: "couple accused of performing unlicensed cosmetic surgeries."   crazy.

last nite, after turbo kick box (tkb), i drove us out to yiasoo on bascom ave to use up a restaurant.com dining certificate.   the guy there was a li'l reluktant to accept it cos he sed i bought it last yr.   i assume he was reluktant cos they must've discontinued their program w/ restaurant.com.   however, i politely reminded him that gift certificates don't expire in the state'f cali4nia (the wonderful state'f cali4nia).   he agreed to accept it, n' i gave'em a big tip.   kaela ordered the gyros plate, n' i ordered the lamb souvlaki plate, n' we had some bier as well.   then, we went to rasputin's to $hop 4 cds.   i only bought the latest michael bublé cd.   gee, u wouldn't've guessed that i own all'f his albums, eh?   the life'f a wedding dj...

yesterday, i received my tactics.com order.   i stayed up 2late havin' fun w/ skateboard stuff.   kaela fell asleep on the couch wearin' her pro.tec skateboarding helmet.   it was very cute.   i wet proofed my new dvs daewon 9 black shoes, disassembled my current setup, n' put 2gether my original setup as well as my new setup.   i guess i now have 2 complete skateboards

since when did shoes become part'f a skater's (skateboarder's) setup?   *shrug* also, since when did we start carin' what brand'f griptape n' hardware a skater (skateboarder) uses?!   back in my day, we used generik griptape n' hardware.   in fakt, we bought our mounting hardware from orchard supply!   pretty soon, there'll be pro series toilet paper, rt?!   neway, geez... i stayed up late.   i had to assemble 'lot'f parts n' apply the griptape to my new deck.   it has a patch cut out'f it in the shape'f the independent truck co. cross logo.   i centered that patch o'er a skull on the top graphik'f my new deck.   the top'f my new deck's yellow.   the bottom'f my ol' deck was navy blue.   'lot'f ppl think that my favourite colours r either blue or yellow.   however, on the benology quiz that kaela gave my b.day party guests, the official answer 4 my favourite colour was green.   well, honestly, i like all those colours.   i mean... i don't wear so much yellow, but it is my last name.   howe'er, my asian name does sort'f imply green.   blue n' gold've always been my skool colours.   wait... my elementary skool's colours were green n' yellow.   also, my youth soccer league's colours were green n' yellow.   i tend to wear the followin' colours: black, blue, brown, grey, n' green.   i typically don't wear red!   i usually wear pants that r differently coloured from my top.
