April 28, 2009 6:45PM: Past BI alumni Wil & Rishi will be speaking about iPhone applications & conduct a brainstorm session. A representative from Intel may be visiting to talk to us about some new tech gadgets.

EVENT: Trip to The Crucible!

No, we are not attending a play. “The Crucible is a non-profit educational facility that fosters a collaboration of Arts, Industry and Community. Through training in the fine and industrial arts, The Crucible promotes creative expression, reuse of materials, and innovative design while serving as an accessible arts venue for the general public.” They will be hosting an open house event from 11AM to 5PM showcasing live demonstrations, performances, and food.

We will meet at Downtown Berkeley Bart Station at 10:45AM and leave together as a group. Please RSVP either by the Facebook event or directly by e-mail so that we don’t leave anyone behind! Thanks to Grace, Ian, & Lora for suggesting this outing!
