Distribution Details

As a means to centralize the pick up process, Distribution Days typically takes place twice per semester on campus. However, if you cannot attend a Distribution Day, you may visit the Publications Center during normal business hours to pick up your publications. Please bring some form of identification to claim your publications.

2009 and earlier Blue & Gold yearbooks, 2009 and earlier NSR

The default option for yearbooks and NSR is to be picked up on campus. Unless you paid an additional shipping and handling fee, then you should receive an e-mail when the book is available for pickup.

I ordered a 2009 yearbook; where is my book?
If you had paid for shipping, we have shipped out your 2009 Blue & Gold Yearbook in November. Contact us for an updated status if you have not receive yours yet. Additionally, if you had opted to pick up your book on campus for free, please stop by the Publications Center with a form of identification during the times listed above.

I can't make it to campus anytime soon. Can I have someone pick up my publications for me?
