Student Life
The student life section of the yearbook is meant to feature prominent and distinguished student organizations and their events around the Berkeley campus. Yet with over 600 organizations on campus, it is simply impossible to spotlight every group. Each year, we list every single CLL organization by name in the book. However, student organizations are encouraged to submit blurbs and apply for spread coverage to be more than just a name.
Two-Page Feature Spread
What better way to highlight your organization than to give it its very own place in the yearbook? If you believe your organization has an amazing, can-only-happen-this-year story, apply here for a two-page featured spread (deadline March 1). These spreads are absolutely free and are selected by a committee who aim to be as inclusive and varied in their choices as possible. There are no fees associated with either the application or selection process. Click here for more information.
Club Blurb
If you feel that a two-page spread is too much, or if your organization was not able to secure a feature spot, you are welcome to submit a small (~200 word) blurb and a few pictures that will receive a portion of a page in the yearbook. Submit your blurb here.
Deadlines
The deadline to submit a two-page feature spread is March 1, 2012. The deadline for a club blurb is TBA.
