AJUA

AJUA stands for ¡Adelante Jornaleros Unidos en Acción! It is one of CHE’s main community service events whereby members reach out to day laborers and provide them with a meal for the day as well as brochures on relevant health topics and pamphlets with information about accessible health clinics. We will be preparing the lunch bags on Friday evening and distributing them Saturday morning. On Friday, we will also talk about the health topic to be presented on Saturday in order to better deliver the information to day laborers. This is an amazing opportunity to give back to the community through health education, but also a great time to bond with other CHE members.
