General Meetings

We have General meetings every Wednesday from 5-6pm. Our meetings consist of having Guest Speakers, workshops and interactive activities. Our guest speakers include Doctors, Nurses, and Public Health Professionals as well as having panels of Medical and Public Health Graduate students, and other Health Professionals. Our past informational workshops includes  Medical and Public Health Graduate School Admissions, Health care reform, and Health issues.  Our interactive labs include  Blood Pressure, CPR, and Phlebotomy workshops. General meetings are also used to make announcements and have members get to know each other. Members taking CHE for a Unit are required to attend all General Meetings.

Business Meetings

Our business meetings dates vary every semester but for Fall 2011 our meetings will be every Monday from 8-9:30am. All members are encouraged to attend and all Interns are required to be present in these meetings. Business meetings are used to plan our General meetings, to plan our events and in general, to manage the logistics of this organization. Business meetings are a great way for members to gain leadership and see the behind the scenes work that is done in order for CHE to run smoothly.
