Our "Mission"

The Kiwanis Family Committee will be responsible of maintaining good relations with our local Key Clubs, KIWIN'S, Circle K, and Kiwanis clubs around the area.

What kind of projects will we be working on?

Monthly Themed Kiwanis Family Dinners
Our most popular social has been the monthly themed Kiwanis Family Dinners, which are usually taken place at restaurants with a comfortable atmosphere and/or the welcoming homes of Berkeley Kiwanis. Warm memories have continued to thrive over great food, countless stories, and catching humor! Help plan thematic ideas, reservations, decorations, icebreakers/games, and much more

Key to College (K2C)
In the fall, we outreach to fellow Key Clubbers and KIWIN'S members to promote higher education → college! There are about 12 high schools we usually work with in the Bay Area. We will be presenting PowerPoint presentations (mainly about college admissions, financial aid, etc.), sharing some of our own college experiences, offering help with applications, and keeping in touch!

Kiwanis Takeover
A fun way to promote Kiwanis Family relations is through a takeover of a Kiwanis general meeting with CKI members acting as officers!!! We will be raising money for Pediatric Trauma Programs (PTP) by playing games, auctioning off baked goods/ themed baskets, and performing a Thank You presentation for the Kiwanis. This is one of the biggest Kiwanis Family related fundraisers of the year! Help out!
