Location/Time: Tuesdays 6-7 p.m. in 181 Barrows

Description: As the Scrapbook Committee we are the historians of UCB's Circle K international. Together we create a annual non-traditional scrapbook that contains all the pictures and momentos of our club. Upon completion we compete the scrapbook against our fellow Cal-Nev-Ha Circle K's at District Convention. We also manage the photography of the club and the Photos of the Month Awards. So if you are interested come check us out and help brainstorm ideas for the new scrapbook!!! We have a lot of work to do this term and everyones help is gratefully welcome! We need people who love arts and crafts, have computer skills, are great photographers, or people who just want to have fun! No prior experience is necessary. So come and join the scrapbooking fun!

2009-2010 Scrapbook Committee Design: A 20"x20"x20" 3-Dimensional Representation of Hollywood. We will mainly focus on our 3 tenets of service: Service, Leadership, Fellowship. To represent Service we are building a miniature Hollywood and Highland Shopping Center, to represent Leadership we have a miniature Grauman's Chinese Theater, and to represent Fellowship the Kodak Theater...and so much more!!!!

What to Expect:
-Traditional scapbook-ing to make small books
-Cutting and Painting
-Building 3-Dimensional pieces of art (specifically small buildings from foam board)
-Photoshop Designs
-Computer programs to create an Electronic Scrapbook using iMovie and iDVD

LAST YEAR WE PLACED 2ND IN THE CAL-NEV-HA DISTRICT AND TOGETHER WE WILL CONTINUE THE TRADITION OF CREATIVITY AND INNOVATIVE EXPRESSION.
