Here you need to specify:

array.file: the name of the variable into which you saved the array created with the function read.tps

centroid.size: if you have a vector with all the centroid sizes, here, write the name of the vector

centroid: if the centroid sizes are already stored in the array, put T if you just want to use these ones put F if you do not want to use them.
