You will need to specify:

array.file: the name of the array in R

name.file: write the name of the tps file you want to save.

scale.val: write T if you want to write the scaling values in the tps file, writ F if you don't want to save them

picture: write T if you want to save the picture ID as a picture number and write F if you don’t. Note that you will have to specify the type of file in type pic (.jpg, .tif, …)

type.pic: this is just to know what type of file extension should be written after the picture number. The default is .tif

images.lab: write T if you want to save the image label saved in the array into the tps file. This commend is different from picture since it just write the label as it is stored in the array file and does not write the extension specified by type.pic at the end of the label.

comment: write T if you want to write comments in the tps file and F if you don't
