Albert Wu is a fifth year senior majoring in History and Business. He is currently researching his thesis, tentatively on the topic of New Deal and WWII agricultural imagery. In his spare time, he enjoys thinking about the parallels and differences between U.S. social movements and those of antiquity. He is an avid Sacramento Kings fan and likes to play basketball and exercise at the RSF.

The Editor-in-Chief position is open to all registered UCB students. Typically Clio's Scroll has two Editors-in-Chief of different years so that neither graduate and leave the publication at the same time, leaving no guidance for future editors.

The Editor-in-Chief must publicize for submissions, update the website (which can be learned easily), apply for grants to fund publication, read all submitted papers, distribute papers, keep in close contact with authors and associate editors, make the final decision on which papers to publish, construct an overall theme for the publication, layout the publication using Adobe InDesign, and design a cover that reflects the theme for the semester.

Sangeeta Prakash is a third year history major double majoring in classics. She is particularly interested in the Cold War from a Russian perspective and modern Indian history. In the future she hopes to be rich enough to one day own a pet whale, though the way this will be achieved has yet to be decided.

Ryan McDonald is a senior majoring in History and minoring in Spanish. Ryan does research on the history of industrial pollution in the United States, and for some reason spends time at print journalism. His historical interests include radical labor movements, post-World War II American intellectual history and early American urbanization. He is thankful for coffee, the second act of Hamlet and, above all else, unrestrained enthusiasm.
