Healthy Californian Fusion
with Owner and Head Chef of Venus Restaurant!

Amy Murray, head chef and owner of Venus Restaurant, has invited Kaiser Permanente employees, children, and friends into her restaurant for a Healthy Cooking Series. Please join us as Amy teaches us through hands-on cooking classes how to maximize the flavors of local, seasonal, and organic produce that grows at our fingertips in the Bay Area. Right in her restaurant`s commercial kitchen, Amy will teach you how to render winter greens and vegetables into savory, Californian-fusion dishes. During the 3-class series, you will learn the importance of healthy eating in a balanced diet, hands-on, by doing and tasting everything yourself!
