This culinary adventure is open to all parents and their young, aspiring chefs ages 10-14. Chef Jed Cote, former cook at Chez Panisse and present sous-chef at Pizzaiolo, will lead this magical spring break to Parisian restauranteur, Cyril Guignard's, country estate and historic chateau where you and your child will enjoy 7 days of personalized cooking classes, authentic French cuisine, and provincial living!
Our signature hands-on classes will not only give your young chefs the most fundamental kitchen skills and cooking basics, but we will help them develop a taste and appreciation for France's local, organic and healthy cuisine. This is also your vacation, so expect to be fully immersed in the most delicious delights: fresh farm eggs for brunch, countryside picnics, trips to local markets and restaurants, and group-prepared dinners seasoned with garden herbs.
