Find a sequence to query in the "Input Query" tab. Either cut and paste into the "Sequence Search Query" option or browse for a file in the "File Query" option. Note that the file must contain only the sequence, with no header. See samplesequence.txt.

Step 3: Examine Output
Just take a look at your output. The possible splice sites are in black.
Step 4: Examine the Stats for Drosophila melanogaster genome. Why? For fun! This gives you the top 100 splice sites found in the genome.
These features only come with the expansion pack. Just kidding. The interface was not written to make these functions work.
