The second FiComm meeting of the semester is next Wednesday, Feb 24 at 7:30 PM in Bridges Lounge. And every second Wednesday after that.

There will be an EWEEK planning meeting on Thursday, January 28th at 6PM in Bridges Lounge in Bechtel. Please attend if you are interested in helping plan or host an event.

EJC is going to start monthly general meetings on the first Thursday of every month, at 6PM in Bridges, starting February 4th.

On the agenda at the 2/4 GM is EWeek, President's Dinner, Engineering Student Services, Engineering Community, EJC Constitution, and Elections.

Elections are happening at the next EJC general meeting, 2/4/10. Positions are open for Treasurer, and Secretary. If you are interested in running for any of these, please contact Rahul.

Treasurer:

This is the junior treasurer position, as Tim will continue to serve as treasurer for this semester and teach the new officer. This involves fun stuff like budgeting and allocations and FiComm meetings. Also a great way to learn the ASUC from the outside in (maybe?) and the strange cycles of money.

Secretary:

Take minutes at meetings, take over some duties from the communications officer...

Please notify me (Clarissa) if your group has changed officers this semester! This is really important or I'll keep sending all the information to last semester's officers, who probably won't be pleased.

If your group/officer corp is planning to meet in Bridges this semester and the time of your meetings has changed, please notify Michelle; in case of time conflicts, people who had it last semester at that time take priority. Also first come first serve.

Thank you to everyone who attended the meetings Tuesday and Wednesday! Minutes from the president's meeting have been emailed, please tell me (Clarissa) if you did not get them.

The two things EJC wants from your society soon: the registration form and the midyear report. If you've not recieved/lost the registration form, please email Clarissa. If you have questions about the midyear report, email the treasurers.

The registration form is hopefully going to help EJC in requesting funds from ASUC, as well as organizing locker/mailbox space. The midyear report helps you get money from EJC.
