Optometric Assistant and Receptionist
Posted 06-10-08

Great opportunity for a "special" student interested in working in a busy San Jose multi doctor practice. This person would preferably be someone with optometric experience (front or back office) but we are open to someone that is motivated, one that is seriously hoping to become an optometrist in the future. We are looking for someone to work full time, this summer for sure and better yet an individual that can work full time during the upcoming school year as well. We will consider both. This would likely be an individual that is applying for admission in September 2009 and wants to get optometric experience in the mean time. We have one person already that is in that situation. When she enters optometry school next year she will no doubt be way ahead of the group in optometric knowledge and most of all "real life optometry." We are a cutting edge practice with the latest in eye care technology. Salary commensurate with experience. Email your resume, professional references and salary history to Tommy L. Lim, OD at VisionBiz@aol.com

experience that will provide participants with opportunities to learn
about the profession of optometry and the process of becoming an
optometrist.
