This course provides an introduction to contemporary theories and issues in international political economy. In particular, it will discuss analytical tools to investigate the interaction of firms, labor, governments, and international organizations in the international economy. A key objective of the course is to help students understand the dynamic interaction between the private sector and the global political-economic environment.
