To lower costs, I explored a four-color limit, an unofficial standard I based on a restriction imposed by Threadless at the time.
In the end, I was told that color sacrifice made the artwork look worse, so we agreed to pay more for the original full six-color version.
This background shade of brown was the original before I was given an official American Apparel shade.
