In the past, I sometimes find a song that feels like I really connect with it both musically and lyrically. (Yeah, this does rule out a lot of the JPop I like. Even though the instrumentals are often my favorites in style and uniqueness, I don't feel I truly understand most of the lyrics.)
I'm trying to decide if the next one I pick should be Simple Plan's "Welcome to My Life" or Xtension Chords' (Univ of Illinois - A Cappella) rendition of "Chick Dig It".
I don't remember all my past picks, but here's a few of them off the top of my head:
Chumbawumba - Tubthumping
Chumbawumba - The Good Ship Lifestyle
Eiffel 65 - Blue
Eiffel 65 - Now is Forever
Tonic - If You Could Only See
The Offspring - The Kids Aren't Alright
Every once in a while I need to feel useful.
For the past couple of years, the kitchen faucet will drip if it's not placed in the off position with the handle 6 degrees to the right from center. And in warmer seasons that doesn't stop it; it only makes it drip the least.
Today I fixed it. $12 worth of parts from Home Depot, a hex wrench, and 15 minutes of time saves me and others the trouble of futzing with it.
