Constitution
Premise
The Italian
International Student Association (IISA) is a non-profit, non-political international
institution Founded by a group of Italian UCB graduate students of good will
and idealistic background.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of the
IISA is to promote and sponsor the Italian culture, tradition, history and
language, to encourage the exchange of ideas, opinions, points of view among
the different nations and ethnicities, and to foster mutual understanding and
peaceful interaction, in an effort to improve the reciprocal knowledge,
respect, acceptance of diversities and different races.
The IISA will achieve this goal
throughout the promotion of a wide range of different events, such as
exhibitions, conferences, symposiums, music, film, theatre and food festivals
and overall through the continuous involvement of its members and participants
in all the above mentioned activities.
