Expository writings and notes
The following are sets of notes I have written on various topics -- they are neither complete nor error-free.
Regardless, I hope they will be of help to someone, somewhere. If you find any errors or have comments on making these clearer, please email me!

- Introductory Biostatistics: A summary (with examples) of topics covered in an introductory biostatistics course (e.g. normal and binomial distributions, basic probability, linear regression).
- Delay Differential Equations: An introduction to functional and delay differential equations, with a fully-worked out physiological example.
- The Lorenz System: A final examination project giving an overview of the famous Lorenz system.
Interactive tutorial (hopefully soon pluralized!)
I try to maintain a hopeful spirit of making dynamical systems analyses more accessible to the general scientific community.
To this end, here are some interactive tutorials on some important (and useful!) tools. (As always, please email me with suggestions and corrections!)

- Phase-plane analysis for reaction-diffusion systems: These systems are pretty ubiquitous in the natural and life sciences. Use this interactive Mathematica Notebook to see how to find regions of multistability and diffusion-driven instability in your system of interest! This notebook is based on joint work with Padmini Rangamani.
