wow...haven't blogged here in so long! We went to Monterey yesterday with my aunt and uncle. We went to the 17 miles drive and walked down the beach and stuff. The water was freezing! The smell of decaying seaweed was kind of gross. I thought it smelled like rotting eggs, but my dad said that it was just beach smell. I've never smelled it at any other beach though. But besides the smell, it was really pretty. My mom took a ton of pictures (more than my dad took!). All the restraunts that we passed by were really expensive (like $10 for a hamburger) so we decided to eat when we left the scenic drive thing. By the time we actually got out to eat was 5:30 and I barely had breakfast! The only thing we could find was KFC, so we ate a little there to keep us from starving. KFC is fine with me, but my parents and aunt and uncle wanted "real" food. After KFC, we drove home. We got home and then went to Sushi Maru for "dinner" even though we just ate a late late late lunch/early dinner like an hour and a half ago. So that was my day yesterday.
