got a packaged deal for my wedding videography and photography from a
bridal show I attended. They also have a really good demo (in
comparison to all the other ones I've collected from the show.)
My
wedding was in July 2007. I was given an estimate for my video to
be completed by late October. November came around and no one
called me to see what type of video I wanted- no one called me to
inform me it would be delayed, etc. after I gave them a call- i
was informed I had to work with Picture 2000 (since they were the ones
I signed the contract with).
I received my video right
before the holidays. When I picked it up- my husband's name was
spelled incorrectly. here's what I don't understand the cover was
incorrect and in the video it was spelled two ways. shouldn't
that raise a flag- when you see the name spelled twice. They
missed a couple of tables we asked them to go to during the reception
to get the "message for the bride and groom."
it's February
and I still haven't heard back from them...apparently it takes months
to fix small error. I hope they are redoing my video during
this period because I wasn't all that happy with it.
