tech support. i wish you had other places to call for tech support. i’m sure you wish it too. i wish i could help, but usually it’s kind of like calling my brother and asking him how to fix a light bulb. i wish i could help. but i don’t know how what’s wrong nor how to fix it… and the phone ran out of batteries this morning. three days is tough. if anyone does know how to get sun java to accept expired certificates on internet explorer (once the default has been set), please let me know.
