reunions
meeting old friends. three in review.
i am so lucky to have such friends and i’m so happy to see them again. happy to hear what they’re up to and the choices they’ve recently made. glad to share about my recent adventures too. next time gotta try to talk less, listen more, except with part two. strange how i can talk so much in one on one and so little in groups. after getting on the bart, suddenly hit all the things i forgot to give. next time need to write a list before the meeting. it’s interesting how people i trust raise the same points and questions. the plan’s still hidden, but it’s in the works. it’ll happen. i hope soon. lessons: first: persistence, leadership, listening. second: organization, sociability, hospitality. third: knowledge, depth, dreams, understanding. i love how these folks push me to try to be a better person… even though reunions are currently rare.
