December 11 Demands to Apple Computer, Inc.

1. We want Apple to acknowledge that there is a chronic design failure in WallStreet PowerBook G3 laptops;
   
   
2. We want defective hinges (clutches) fixed for free on WallStreet PowerBooks afflicted within three years of purchase;
   
   
3. People who paid to have them fixed should be reimbursed;
   
   
4. We want the above in writing; and
   
   
5. Apple shall establish an official website dealing with this problem, directing people on how they can get their hinges fixed. Meanwhile, this page will have to suffice.
   
   
6. We would really appreciate it if all of Apple's phone representatives (technical, customer relations, AET) would use the same policies for all customers, except in extenuating circumstances.
