I don’t even know where to begin with this, other than to say that my jaw is, in effect, dropped by the content of that blog post. This kind of action constitutes such a blatant abuse of the legal system that I’m amazed the judges, especially the federal ones, haven’t had the attorneys in question remanded for contempt. Vexatious litigation is viewed with a rather dim light in the federal courts, and, at least in my opinion, this is a textbook case.
