Liokaiser
Here is Liokaiser (or Liocaesar) from the Masterforce series. In the US the Breastmaster and Brainmasters never were released. I suppose they would be called the Chestmasters or something like that. I didn't feel like using the Brestforce spelling since I don't think they are from France. :) If anyone has a scan of the actual Japanese tech, please e-mail me so that I can make a straight translation of the text rather than rewording it as I've done here. Thanks to Vicken Aghazarian for sending me the links that have some translated Techs.
