Minerva
The junior Headmaster. Released in America as the recolored Nightbeat. If you want to learn more about the original Minerva, check out Robotech_Master's Minerva Shrine. I made up the bio since the origin of these Headmasters in Japan is greatly different from the US. I kept the original stats though. I tried to make this tech look more like the others, so I added the white border.
