Scamper
I always wanted to have a little Scamper text spec next to Metroplex' but I guess Hasbro decided just to stick some info about him on the massive Metroplex tech. I haven't seen any artwork of Scamper except on the year 3 back of the box art where you see him in car mode coming out of Metroplex. The beautiful pic of Scamper was done by Spektakle Artistic Services who has also done work for Dreamwave for the MTMTE profiles book. It isn't exactly G1 style, but it was so nice that I couldn't resist using it. The tech text was provided by Neale Davidson, I like the binary bond mention as well as the lines about Scamper from the Metroplex text. I really like Neale's idea to let Metroplex have the ability to "live vicariously" through Scamper. It emulates the G1 tech style of providing jump off points for kids' imaginations that really endeared them to me in the first place.
