Starscream/Skywarp
Another cut and paste job with some editing. If you look on the original Tech Spec cards, Skywarp and Starscream seem to have their stats reversed, especially in terms of rank. I believe the trading cards have the corrected values shown here.
Here Skywarp has a rank that more befits a warrior. However, the speed now seems off. Skywarp can instantly teleport which would seem to at least give him an airspeed of 10. But in terms of the given speed only, Skywarp reaches Mach 2 and Starscream reaches Mach 2.8, so you can decide for yourself who is faster.
