Stepper
Yikes, I had a tough time with Stepper and Artfire. I wanted to keep the tech spec numbers and names the same, but they constricted alot of what I wanted to say. I tried to incorporate all the Japanese text into it as well. I tried to think of a way to resolve the Japanese text saying that he is the most accurate marksmen of Cybertronians with the fact that his skill is so low. In G1 techs, accurate shooters were all given skills of 9 or 10. It could have been a mistake to leave it at 6 but I thought it would be more interesting to make a reason why then to just change it.
