
Driving on the opposite side of the car and the road is an adventure in itself. Everything is opposite, even the turn signal lever and the windshield wiper lever. Whenever I was stressed about directions, the windshield wipers would end up on because I kept forgetting to consciously think it's on the other side. Here I am driving across Darling Harbour.
Here a bartender at the Palace Hotel in Coogee flips a coin during Toss the Boss. With Toss the Boss, you order a round of drinks, then the bartender flips a coin, and if you call it right, the drinks are free. If you lose, it's just regular price.
Mmmmm.... nothing like hot Australian meat pies
This is us at a club in Darling Harbour, with me sporting the Australian fad of wearing a collared shirt with the collar pulled up (for some reason, everyone does that here).
