Welcome

The Materials Science and Engineering Association (MSEA) at UC Berkeley is dedicated to helping students bridge the gap between education and employment. We sponsor tours of industry sites, lectures by materials science faculty and graduate students, as well as a number of social events.

These activities provide students with the information necessary to make academic and career decisions and a social atmosphere in which they can exchange ideas with peers. In addition, we provide free tutoring, class scheduling advice, exam files, and other benefits to our members to help them get the most out of their time at Cal.

Membership includes Materials Science Engineering majors, as well as students pursuing double majors with other departments. Members and participants from all fields of study and levels of education are encouraged to join!
