8am Bowl of grits with margarine, honey, and a little salt, 8oz LemonBerry Hawaiian punch DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF! I am just finishing my last bottle before switching to 100% fruit juice)
10am 1/2 apple
12noon 8 graham crackers with 1 cup of plain roasted peanuts
2pm 1/2 of a Chipotle burrito (grilled ORGANIC chicken, black beans, grilled bell pepers & onions, rice, tomatoes, & lettuce in a flour tortilla)
4pm 1 cup of sunflower seeds
5pm other 1/2 of burrito
6pm 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
water all throughout the day

8am Bowl of grits and 2 slices of turkey bacon (not organic), 8oz HFCS juice
1pm 2 cups Hormel chili
5:30pm 2 cups Zatarain's red beans & rice, 8oz of that same juice (almost done with it)
water all throughout the day
