General Description

Phoenix: Platinum Edition is an advanced grayscale shoot-em-up game for the Casio Algebra FX 2.0 / Graph 100 This game has very smooth gameplay (up to about 60 frames per second at the highest speed selection with a moderate number of objects on-screen). It's features include parallax scrolling backgrounds many different types of enemies, many different levels, the ability to buy additional items, three possible weapons for your ship, a high score table, the ability to save the game at any point, and 10 speed choices for the player. It is supplied with full source code. The program is in public domain so it may be copied or modified without any restrictions.

Download the full archive here. The archive includes the full source code (both versions are built from the same source) and documentation in addition to the executable. This release should run with on any version of the Algebra FX 2.0 or Graph 100, though I have not confirmed this.

There are no known bugs (at the time of release).


Cheat codes

None are included. Then again, maybe there are some that I just don't want to tell you about. In that case, you will have to find them yourself.
