Why did you decide to join PAHC?
I wanted to join PAHC because as a Freshman it was the closest organization I’ve ever seen : ). PAHC Is unique in that in addition to being a great professional resource, it also provides a friendly atmosphere that manages to make Berkeley seem smaller and more manageable.

As a core member, what skills or knowledge can you contribute to PAHC’s Internship Program ?
As secretary I deal with the organization of PAHC. This includes keeping the PAHC space in 515 clean and sorted out. I also take down and compile all the minutes for the core and general meetings. I keep an updated roster of all the interns and officers. I am also in charge of coordinating the Mentorship Program as well as cooperating with the PAHC Representative for the Minorities in Health Conference.

Personally, I can also offer advice about school or professional development. And I’m also here for any interns or members who need a friendly voice to talk with.

What do you like to do on your free time?
In my free time you can find me listening to music and doing some recreational reading. I also spend a lot of time surfing the internet, reading blogs and online news. If I have a lot of free time you can find me playing video games and Rock Band with my roommates, listening to my iPod, or running at the gym. But most of the time you’ll find me recovering from school by watching TV or hanging out with friends.
