10-year, $503 million contract extension from the Kansas City Chiefs. He will be making approximately $2.959 million on average for each game of the
extension ($503 million/10/17). His dad Pat Mahomes was a former MLB pitcher. The senior Mahomes made
$2.658 million during his entire nine-year MLB playing career.
So, the younger Mahomes will be making more money per game than the elder Mahomes did in his entire career!
