The Assistant Director of Retention is responsible for working with the Retention component while providing services and resources to retain community members. Throughout the year the Assistant Director of Retention puts on events such as Pathways and the Friends of PASS Banquet. Pathways is a networking event which aims to expose students to the many different post-undergraduate paths they could take. The Friends of PASS Banquet serves as an event to appreciate PASS alumni as well as a fundraiser to bring in more Senior Weekend students.
What is your most memorable experience in PASS?
Firework I Was Born This Way Don't Hold It Against Me workshop. I have never cried so much. This workshop was such a meaningful experience and it was such a privilege sharing that experience with such amazing people. There was so much vulnerability, rawness, tears, truth and love in that room.
